We've met up with a few IDs before our flat selection and Randy's accessibility and availability is what made us signed with him and his firm. This was in May 2023 and we've only managed to collect our keys from HDB in December 2023. Throughout that waiting period, checks in on us for any updates, lets us know if he won't be contactable just incase our house would finally be ready for renovation.

Renovation started In January 2024 and was completed in the first week of March 2024. Could have been earlier if not for the CNY break. He provides us timely updates on the status of each work being done and if there were any obstacles faced, he lets us know and provides us a solution as well. When we visit the unit during the works and find something amissed, he makes sure that it is rectified almost immediately. The handover was a smooth one and our new unit was definitely in a move in condition with minimal post reno cleaning required.
