B. Masonry Works

1. Supply & lay 600x 600mm homogeneous floor tiles with skirting at living room

2. Supply & lay 600x 600mm homogeneous floor tiles with skirting at dining room

3. Supply & lay pre-pack cement 2-1 screening for all bedroom

4. To supply and lay 3mm vinyl floor at all bedroom floor area c/w skirting finish (free upgrade to 5mm)

5. Supply & lay construct main entrance door kerb with tiles finish

6. Construct 50 mm ht kitchen cabinet base with tiles skirting

C. Plumbing Works

1. Supply & install 2"pvc outlet pipe for kitchen sink

2. Supply labours to install kitchen sink

3. Supply labours to install kitchen sink tap

4. Supply labours to install instant heater x 2 or tank heater x 1

5. Supply labours to install 2 x toilet accessories

D. Painting Works

1. Supply labours & material to paint whole house internal wall using Vinlex 5000

2. Supply labours & material to paint whole house internal ceiling using matex paint 4+1

3. Supply labours & material to paint all room door & frame with pipe (if any )

E. Carpentry Works

1. To supply and install upper and low storage cabinet with selected laminate finish c/w ABS Trimming and solid ply wood 20ft ( Internal colour pvc finish ).

   • Selected soft close hinges
