A. Professional Service

B. Dismantling /Hacking Works

  1. To supply labour to hack existing floor, wall tiles, fridge, washing machine, and all cabinet base

  2. To supply labour to hack existing sink and stove support if any

  3. Supply labour to dismantle existing upper and low cabinet

C. Masonry Works

  1. To supply labour & material to lay 300 x 600mm homogeneous non slip floor tiles at kitchen

  2. Supply labours & materials to lay 300 x 600 ceramic wall tiles on kitchen wall ( expost wall only )

  3. Supply labours & materials to lay new waterproofing membrane on floor area

  4. Supply labours & materials to construct 50mm Ht kitchen base with side skirting

D. Plumbing Works

  1. Supply & install 2" pvc outlet pipe for kitchen sink and washing machine

  2. Supply labours to install kitchen sink and tap

  3. To supply and run new stainless steel piping in kitchen area only ( cold only ) expose pipe only

 

E. Carpentry Works

  1. Supply and install upper and low storage cabinet with selected laminate finish c/w ABS
    Trimming and solid ply wood 20ft ( Internal colour pvc finish )

    • 1 unit cutlery tray

    • froted glass panel door x 1 at dish rack area

    • selected drawers c/w metal runner x 3 soft close

    • Selected soft close hinges

    • labour to install cooker + hood
