Director & Co-Founder, AC Vision Design (Est. 2012)Alan has spent more than two decades designing and delivering Singapore homes. He co-founded AC Vision Design in 2012 with a clear philosophy: put the client's long-term liveability first, even when doing so costs a sale. Reviews across Google, Qanvast, and Renodots describe him consistently as a designer who talks homeowners out of unnecessary work, absorbs last-minute changes without drama, and personally oversees works on site.
His project range spans BTO flats in Punggol and Hougang, resale flats in Clementi and Bedok, senior-citizen-adapted homes, and full commercial fit-outs. He has also taken over renovation projects abandoned mid-way by other firms and delivered them within weeks.

Discovery Consultation
We listen before we sketch. Your household, lifestyle, budget and must-haves are mapped out before a single line is drawn. We also walk you through HDB or building regulations relevant to your project.
Concept Design & Proposal
Your designer presents a full design concept — layout plans, mood boards, and material directions. You see the whole picture before committing to anything. Revisions are part of the process, not an extra.
Space Planning & Layout
We optimise flow, sightlines, storage, and daily rhythms specific to your floorplan. This is where good design is won or lost — we spend the time to get it right.
Material & Finish Selection
Finishes, tiles, laminates, paint, and lighting are chosen to work together as a cohesive palette. We only specify materials we would use in our own homes — quality that holds up to Singapore living.
Renovation & Project Management
Your designer personally coordinates every trade — carpentry, electrical, plumbing, tiling, painting, and haulage. You receive photo and video updates. We run on schedule and flag issues before they become problems.
Handover & E-Care After-Sales
A full walkthrough on handover day, then continued support through our E-care department — for snags, touch-ups, or questions long after you've moved in. The job isn't done when the keys are handed over.
